EMBROIDERY designs are often small and typically on the left chest of a shirt (rather than on the full front). For this reason the base design needs to be simple and graphic for best results when stitched onto apparel. There are designs that work well for embroidery and some that need modification. Experience is helpful in looking at artwork in combination with shirt styles/colors to determine that the final product will look great when embroidered.
We have an 800 page apparel catalog that we’ll give you that has t-shirts, polos, sweats, uniforms, hats, tote bags, etc. The variety of brands, styles and colors is overwhelming, so we produce a simple six page compendium with styles and brands we recommend. This gives you the option to shop very broadly in the big apparel catalog but narrow it down quickly if you prefer. That combined with our experience of screen printing will give you a headstart on directions for your apparel project.
Field Craft’s home is Northwest Michigan. In 42+ years of business, we’ve produced over a million decorated shirts and apparel. Much of it is for hundreds of local/regional customers. Nationally we’ve worked with a wide spectrum of customers, including the United Nations, the Democratic and the Republican National Conventions, 25 hospitals in Iowa, Texas A&M in Qatar, Boston University on the east coast, University of Southern California in the west and 650 colleges and universities in between. Some of these clients have used our patented BookWear® for 15 years in a row.
This gives us the facility, team, technology and experience to do your custom apparel decorating professionally, from small to large orders.
